Chili Surprise: Unwanted Additive - Tim Hortons, Castlegar British Columbia

We had bought 3 Tim Hortons homestyle Chili cans to go with our lunches this week. My fiancee and myself both are feeling very nauseous after eating a can. We don't know if we will experience any other symptoms as its still to early to say. We noticed a off flavor from the beef and stopped eating it. While inspecting my bowl I found something that resembles a artery or possibly a small part of intestine. It resembles a noodle but its fleshy. Its hollow but definitely part of an animal. If we get really sick I might take it in to a lab for further testing. I dont know what was ground up into this Chili but we both feel very nauseous and don't think we will ever be eating Tim Hortons Chili again. I have pictures but don't know if theres a way to share them. | Symptoms: Nausea
