I ate the tim hortons sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich with only half of a coffee, within an hour it didnt seem to sit well. After another hour gas an cramping began. Stomach was making gurgling noises as if i was hungry, within 3-4 hours i had bad diarrhea, feeling sick to my stomach, hot and cold flashes all night. Not impressed and will be reporting to manaher because both the cheese and meat did not seem right, never had this problem before, do NOT have a sensitive stomach, im 28 years old, fit physical shape and no allergies! Had to miss work, feeling nauseous and smells are stronger to me even 12 hours later | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Gas, Cramps
