May 7, Public Health closed the restaurant after observing the walk-in refrigerator had raw hamburger and sausage leaking onto the floor. The report details there was also sewage overflowing outside the building and inside in floor sinks. The restaurant's freezer was above the required temperature, causing the food stored inside to be soft to touch, according to the report. The raw frozen chicken was at 37 degrees.
