14/09/24. Daughter aged 19, no known allergies. Didn't eat much on plate due to food being awful ( I ate almost nothing bar peas and carrots) she ate the 'smash tried a roast potato, normal and beef dripping, gravy- apple juice and water from the tap. We walked outside after leaving and she retched, then threw up violently in the Courtyard. No history of being sick, didn't feel sick prior. Sick was liquid with possible mash. Absolutely disgusting meal. | Symptoms: Vomiting
