I had food at this location last Saturday. I had a bowl with rice, chicken, broccoli and teriyaki sauce. About 30 minutes afterwards I got a headache and about 2-3 hours after that, at 7 pm, I began to have bad diarrhea and then I began vomiting. The vomiting and diarrhea lasted until 12am. I vomited over a total of 20 times and towards the end, I began to feel blood in my throat. I will never eat here again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
