I had the shrimp tempura and vegetables for lunch today. It came with a small iceberb lettuce salad with ginger dressing and a cup of miso soup. I ate almost everything, so I don't know which element is the culprit. Around 2 hours after eating, my lower abdomen started to bloat, I felt gassy, my stomach started to hurt, and I was slightly nauseated. As the night has gone on, I have passed a lot of really foul-smelling gas, the bloating has worsened, and the nausea (NO vomiting) has intensified. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Bloating, Loss of Appetite
