Cod Meal Causes Illness - Tony Roma's, Edmonton Alberta

I eaten cod fish 2 pieces french fries coleslaw some sauce and drink Shirley Temple beverage
After leaving this restaurant abt half hour later I got stomach cramps and went to the toilet in Home Depot where I had a terrible diarrhea chills and headache
I stay there about 1/2 hrs
I was also dizzy
Then I called ambulance
They check my vitals
There were good so went home
After 2 /4 hrs I felt terrible good diarrhea again and I was vomiting
I called ambulance again and they brought me to emergency Edmonton on North east | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Headache, Chills, Dizziness
