On 4/10/23 at ~ 7PM Ate 1/2 of a Turkey Club Wrap with uncured bacon "Use By" Date is 4/12/23, and "Romaine: from Yuma Harvested After: 3/22/23" on the label Experienced digestive upset ~ 11:30 PM (4.5 hours) progressing to explosive diarrhea and vomiting by 12:30 AM 4/11/23. Did not eat any other food other than a washed 1/2 pear (also from this store), so strongly suspect the sandwich as the cause | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
