Woke up and threw up in the middle of the night. I eat the same exact thing everyday. Omelette + blueberry smoothie, carrots, celery, chicken tacos, Trader Joe’s family style pizza / chicken tenders and fries. All Trader Joe’s food. Never felt like this but I feel terrible. Never had this ever | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

This was me - I also had an apple that I forgot to mention! It was the apples!
