I purchased an Asian noodle salad. No meat no dairy. 4 hours after eating the salad I was violently throwing up and going to the bathroom. I could not keep down water for more then 5/10 min. I had to be admitted to the ER for IV fluids and anti nausea injections. I am a healthy 30 year old woman who works out at least 4x a week. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
