Shrimp Sickness: Cramps, Nausea - Trader Joe's, Templeton California

Shrimp 3-4 hours after I cooked and ate shrimp and pasta. I also ate some Ben and Jerry's ice cream. I went to sleep and woke up sweating and writhing with nausea and stomach cramping. My throat was tight too. I threw up a little and had dark diarrhea. This lasted intermittently all night. Nearly 24 hours later, I still have painful stomach cramps and burping. I can only chew crackers, feel hungry and nauseous. The cramps are painful.
