Trader Joe’s Pork and Ginger Soup Dumplings About two hours after eating the soup dumplings, I started feeling off—with stomach pain, fatigue, light nausea, gas. A couple of hours after that, the nausea suddenly intensified, and I spent from 10 pm until 2 am retching repeatedly and miserable with diarrhea. I had alternating chills and full-body sweats. I took Pepto-Bismol tablets, sipped on water with electrolytes, and had a popsicle to try to stave off the nausea.
