Food eaten at Japanese restaurant, likely a bad tuna roll My husband and I ate same meal, except I also had tuna roll. We ate at 7. Around 1:00 am I woke up to extreme diarrhea followed by severe vomiting. I vomited until shortly after 10:00 when the hotel doctor provided me with a shot of anti-nausea meds. 5 hours later the vomiting resumed followed by another injection by the doctor. It is now 2 days later and I am lethargic and having horrible anal bleeding.October 9, 2021 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other
