The warm spinach dip with pita bread at United Clun, We arrived at airport and proceeded to the United Club, We arrived at airport RWR around 3;30pm checked in a proceeded to wait at the second floor United Club. There were various appetizers and we both ate the same things except I had some wRm spinach dip with pita bread and a red cake mini cupcake. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
