My boyfriend ordered the Panini El Diablo yesterday at the Urth Caffe at the Wynn. About 8-9 hours later he started feeling super sick. He then proceeded to have the worst food poisoning I’ve ever witnessed. I was almost considering calling an ambulance, but decided to call an IV clinic in the lower lobby to have them come treat him. He’s still so weak and depleted. It ruined our weekend. Not sure if it was the microgreens or chicken/cheese but I’d look into it to spare any other people from having to go through what he went through. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
