a pizza with mushroom and peppers and onions from there. Got sick few hours after eating it. Still feel dehydrated after a couple of days. Mostly I feel very dehydrated and had some cramps and diarrhea often. Pretty sure it was the mushrooms. The pizza came quickly and taken out of the oven to soon. It wasn't cooked long enough | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Dehydration
