I ate a salad I made using packaged lettuce - O Organics brand from here (baby spinach and butter blend). The rest of the ingredients my family ate, the only ingredient different I ate was the lettuce. I had immediate stomach pains 30 min later. The next day I vomited and had severe stomach pains and cramping that lasted two days. I was unable to eat for the duration. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
