Inspectors found 15 violations, eight of which were a high priority.

Those violations included an employee cracking a raw egg then handling utensils without washing his hands, a heat strip failing to work properly, flying insects, roach activity, not changing single-use gloves and more.

A follow-up visit found only one high-priority violation for flying insects in the the kitchen, food prep, food storage, and bar area.

The facility remained closed through two more Jan. 28 visits.

Another visit on Jan. 29 found no violations, however, another visit that same day found 13 violations.

Inspectors did mention the restaurant met inspection standards to reopen.
