Dizzy After Breakfast Melt - Waffle House, Ashland Kentucky

I had Waffle House at around 2PM on January 12th and I ordered the Texas bacon egg and cheese melt plate. After I ate, literally 5 minutes after I started to get extremely dizzy. I went to the bathroom and almost passed out for 3 hours. All I had to eat on that day was Waffle House. I went to the clinic nearby and was told that I was also dehydrated so I was given an IV. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Dehydration
