Roast Beef Sandwich Illness - Walmart,

Roast beef sandwich with cheese on white bread. Ate half the other day, got sick, thought maybe it was due to something else. Ate just a few more bites today.... an hour or tow later and the cramps, nausea and stomach upset have me almost doubled over. Definitely the sandwich. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
