Family Ill After Chicken Meal - Walmart, Athens Georgia

My family and I live here in Athens, Ga. On 02/07/26 Saturday we went grocery shopping as we normally do at Walmart Supercenter Lexington road Athens, ga. We bought the 6 piece chicken meals with Mac and cheese and wedges fries which we occasionally do and eat it in the car after shopping. It's was me, my husband, our 9 years old daughter and our 21 months old toddler son. It's started with our son around 4/4:30am restlessness and then vomiting the whole night we rush to the Piedmont urgent care at 485 US-29 Athens ga around 8:40am while waiting to see the provider he vomited 2 times in the waiting area and one time when we're in the consultation room. The nurse practitioner asked if any of us has experience it and we said no at the time because it's was only our son that was showing symptoms and we stated that the only thing that we all ate that is not made from our home is the Walmart chicken meals and and at that time it's has affected only our son. Fast forward to the evening hours of Sunday I the mother started getting sick restlessness and vomiting x 3 through middle of the night. Monday morning our daughter went to school and after school she told me she wasn't feeling too good and that her tummy hurts and she feels nauseous past forward to the evening hours she also started vomiting, when I tell you all over the house, in the bedroom, living room, kitchen uncontrollable. Everything is soiled with vomit. My husband is the last to show symptoms this Tuesday morning he woke up feeling nauseous, tummy aches, chills, body aches and fever. After few hours of the discomfort he also started throwing up in the living room. We're all sick , restless, our son having diarrhea now . And the only thing we ate that is different is the Walmart chicken meals.
