Expired Sour Cream Illness - Walmart, Hamilton Ohio

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps
Suspected source: sour cream?
Onset: ate a baked potato in sour cream ended up throwing it away because it didnt taste right saw that it was good to eat by dec 4th and its dec 26th now... so for sure expired.. i think thats whats caused EXTREME stomach pain.. pain started maybe 2 or 3 hours after injesting.. i took a nap after eating something else then i woke up to extreme stomach pain strong enough for me to hardly move around .
Duration: well see its been over an hour and i took some antiacids so hopefully they will helo but we will see..
Sick: just me
Additional information: i dont think it was because of a bad batch, but more so because i didnt check the label. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps
