I bought some sliced/thin cut beef and cooked it as soon as I got home (2-ish) with some rice. I had 2 servings of what I cooked, one for lunch and one for dinner and that’s all I ate all day. Around 10/11 that night my stomach started cramping and by 12 I had been to the bathroom twice with diarrhea. It’s 10am the next day and I’ve been to the bathroom 2/3 more times since then. I threw the package away when I was cooking but below is the beef I’m talking about. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
