- comments: observed the two door reach in refrigerator just left of the janitors closet in the lunch room plastic handle missing exposing sharp metal. Instructed to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed toilet in pre-school toilet room leak from base upon flushing. Instructed manager to repair observed middle sink on 2nd floor boy's toilet room missing faucet and contstantly running. Instructed manager to repair.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed inadequate waste water disposal at three compartment sink. When one compartment drains another one floods. Instructed manager to service 3 compartment sink. Priority violation 7-38-030 (c). No citation issued
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed dumpster receptacle area with accumulation of items piled outside dumpster receptacle. Instructed manager to remove items and mantain area.
