Had only a Wedge Salad for lunch, and about 5-6 hours later started to have progressively worse stomach symptoms culminating in diarrhea and vomiting. I had asked to have it chopped so am wondering if there was potentially some cross contamination with raw seafood. Nobody else became sick in my party, but also nobody else had a salad.
