Italian Sandwich Illness Symptoms - Wawa, Lansdowne Pennsylvania

Ordered a classic Italian on wheat, ex mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers, Parmesan cheese & provolone cheese. Ate it at 9pm and was fine until 2am when I had to use the bathroom and that's when everything went downhill. I've been sleeping and vomiting even without anything but water in my stomach for 18 hours. Had to take off work and even as I type this I'm still weak. Not nauseous as before but very weak. It had to be the sandwich because I didn't eat anything since earlier that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
