Ate a tuna poke salad bowl and got dizzy, heart palps, stomach pains about 5 hours later., I was the only one to eat this. I grabbed it on my lunch break yesterday (9/11/19) and noticed it had a strong smell when I opened up the package. It didn't smell bad just fishy. I ate it and a green smoothie and started getting heart palpitations within a few hours. It escalated by 5-6 hours and I felt like I was going to pass out. Squeezing feeling in my chest and throat. Very anxious and unwell. Followed by very bad gas and dizziness. | Symptoms: Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Gas
