Observed a total of 29 small flying insects in establishment. - 8 live small flying insects in mop sink area coming out of drain to the right of the prep area in the rear of the kitchen. - 4 live small flying insects in women's restroom coming out of floor drain. - 15 live small flying insects underneath dishmachine on dish racks and dishmachine equipment. - 2 live small flying insects in prep area landing on an empty clean container on storage rack and a spatula.
