I had a bacon mushroom burger and fries the night before; the next day my guts ache and I’ve been dry heaving a yellowish bile since I woke up and have nothing else to eject from my upper GI. I expect lower GI issues later as well bases on pains. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Bile

never eat at Wendy’s after 400pm! i had the same thing with a taco salad that had kidney beans with the Chili, was put in the hospital for 3 days!!
