I had a bacon mushroom burger and fries the night before; the next day my guts ache and I’ve been dry heaving a yellowish bile since I woke up and have nothing else to eject from my upper GI. I expect lower GI issues later as well bases on pains.

I ate a chicken blt sandwich, and got salmonella, I’ve been sick for days and can’t eat, have a fever, have chills, and vomiting.
