Ate Chicken sandwich Meal with large Frie and Coke, didn't even eat my Frosty. Ate the fries, took one bite of my chicken sandwich. Ordered at 1045 came to my place from DD at 1123, ate and went to bed at 11:55pm. woke up with severe stomach pain, nausea and vomited all over my bathroom on the early morning of june 24th 2026, fever, cramps, pain in my stomach, couldn't keep anything down for 4 days, not even water. Went to the ER on June 28th 2026. Hospitalized for KIDNEY Failure from all the issues after just eating Wendy's! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
