ER After Chicken Nuggets

My son had severe vomiting and diarrhea a few hours after eating chicken nuggets and ended up in the ER. I called to notify them and they offered free food! Yuck! I am just hoping to prevent others from getting sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
