我吃了一份鸡肉三明治套餐，配大份薯条和可乐，甚至没有吃我的Frosty奶昔。我吃了薯条，咬了一口鸡肉三明治。我在10点45分下单，外卖于11点23分送到家，吃完后在晚上11点55分上床睡觉。2026年6月24日清晨，我醒来时出现剧烈胃痛、恶心，并在浴室里呕吐不止，同时伴有发烧、痉挛、胃痛，连续4天无法进食任何东西，甚至连水都喝不下。2026年6月28日，我前往急诊室就诊。仅仅因为在Wendy's吃了一顿饭，我就因上述所有问题引发肾衰竭而住院治疗！

My son had severe vomiting and diarrhea a few hours after eating chicken nuggets and ended up in the ER. I called to notify them and they offered free food! Yuck! I am just hoping to prevent others from getting sick.
