I ordered a small chili with sour cream and an a half size chicken peacan apple salad. Within 2 hours of eating I was throwing up and had severe diarrhea. Cold chills and fever came about 3 hours after eating. Threw up and had diarrhea for 12 hours. Not even being able to keep Gatorade or ginger ale down. Had to call into work today due to upset stomach and exhaustion. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
