It was obviously taking a while to prepare my food and when I received my hamburger, it didn't have lettuce or tomato, as it should have. I didn't have time to return and just submitted a review online. Later, I woke up with sharp abdominal pain and diarrhea. No doubt that it came from this meal, as it was the only thing I had eaten. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
