Severe Illness from Burger - Wendy's, North Smithfield Rhode Island

Last night around 4:30 p.m. I ate the saucum burger (however you spell that, it's the burger with the vegetables and the bacon on it) and with that I got fries and a Sprite. Around 11 p.m. I started having severe diarrhea and vomiting back and forth most of the night. it ended up being so bad I couldn't breathe and I was dizzy and I was cramping all over and in a cold sweat shaking from head to toe. I am still sick today it is 4:54 p.m. I hope this is over soon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Sweating, Shaking
