Friday afternoon at 3 I stopped for an early dinner before work. I got the 4 for 4 deal and ate a crispy chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo as well as chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce and french fries. I did not feel sick until Saturday at 3. However, my friend who ate the exact same meal as me at the same time felt sick at 12 on Saturday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
