Picked up lunch around 12 noon March 5. Both my husband and I ordered chili, he got a chicken sandwich, I ordered the fish. I got sick and he didn’t. Could have been the fish or tartar sauce. Symptoms started around 4:30 vomiting subsided by 9 pm, diarrhea continued throughout the night. Had chills and cramping as well. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Chills
