Had the garden salad, chili and rice, double chocolate cookie and junior chocolate frosty at 9:00 pm. Woke up around 2:30 am feeling dizzy. Woke up at 7:30 feeling nausea and dizziness. After drinking juice and water, immediately vomitted a few minutes later. Vomitted all day and night. Chills and fever. Next day a liile better, still feeling a liile nausea and dizziness. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills
