I got the 4 for $4 with a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries, and a unsweetened tea. My daughter got the chicken nugget kids meal with apple slices and juice. I ended up with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea about 5 hours later. My daughter had diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
