Shared Wendy's Meal Illness - Wendy's, Hollywood Florida

On Jan 3 at approximately 12am I had a 4 for 4, which consisted of a Chicken BLT, small fries, 4 nuggets and coca cola. I shared the fries, nuggets and soda with my nephew. Within approximately 30-45mins i started having diarrhea and my nephew woke up having an upset stomach and diarrhea as well. I have to use the bathroom about every 30mins or less. I'm having stomach pains as well and i havent eaten anything the entire day since then. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Stomach Pain
