I went thru the drive thru on Thursday Aug. 10th around 5:30 P.M I ordered a Crispy Chicken with cheese & mayo only. Fries & tea. On way home I started eating the chicken sandwhich. I opened it & took a few bites and it the bu tasted stale and the chicken was very dry and didnt taste right.
I was talking to my husband on car phone and mentioned the sandwhich tasting funny so I threw it in the bag after eating over half.
Ever since I ate the sandwhich I have been sick, throwing up, chills, fever, nausea, cramps in stomache.
It was definitly this sandwhich. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain
