Ate the Jr cheese deluxe with no tomato, medium fries, a coke and small frosty. After about 4 hrs my stomach started feeling not so good, then after 8 hrs I was full on sick, gross gross Sulphur burps then all out black coming out from both ends. This was on Sept 1 2023 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
