Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness - Wendy's, Roanoke Virginia

7 years ago reported by user-cnjy5719 business

Wendy's, Williamson Road Northeast, Roanoke, VA, USA

1419 Williamson Road Northeast, Roanoke, 24012 Virginia, United States

My husband and I each got a spicey chicken sandwich combo and we shared a 10-piece nuggets. He did not get sick, but I did get severe vomiting with fever and diarrhea which lasted about 12 hours. He always takes his lettuce/tomato/mayo off of his sandwich, but I eat them, so one of those could be a possibile culprit. Because I'm breastfeeding and was becoming extremely concerned about dehydration and not producing milk for my baby I was about to go to the hospital for IV fluids, but the vomiting subsided right before I went and I was able to start keeping down fluids. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Bile
