I ate around noon. I ordered the #1 with mustard, ketsup, pickles, and jalepenos only. I substituted the fries for onion rings. I ordered an unsweetened tea to drink. Around 5:00 pm I began feeling weak and soar. I took a shower and laid down. About 5 minutes later I got a very sour taste in my mouth. I started vomiting uncontrollably. I also had severe diarrhea. It is now 9:03 and I have vomited and diarrhead 3 times very severly. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
