Suspected Staph/Salmonella Illness - Whataburger, Missouri City Texas

I ordered a chicken biscuit with fries and coffee on 3/20/17. This was the only thing I ate which was at 6am, but the afternoon I throwing every thing up. I couldn't even hold water. So I check in the a ER where the doc told me that I probably came in contact with staphylococcus or salmonella. Needless to say I will never be going back. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
