Their new Chili cheese fries almost killed me. Something volatile and very wrong with that Chili. Kept me out for an entire day puking and sick, and couldn't even remain conscious now my throat and stomach are killing me.... I reported it to the manager and he didn't care. Told me it must've been me or a stomach bug, when I was fasting for an entire day before eating this..... | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Sore Throat

My daughter had the same issues at the 730 N Denton Tap Rd, Coppell, TX 75019 store as well this past weekend. When I called, the manager was immediately defensive, didn't discard me and wasn't rude, but defensive and very careful of what she was going to say. I didn't rant at her, just wanted her to know the problem she was very professional, but unhelpful at the same time.
Any food borne illness after eating at a restaurant call the local health department they are required to investigate and will do pretty quickly ! Usually Violations are found right away from hygiene to improper food temps in coolers etc.
