Had the salad bar, orange chicken, meatloaf. I ate at WF only for the last 5 days. All of the sudden got intense stomach pain, burping/gas and major chills. Then diarrhea the worst I have had in my entire life. Muscle aches and feeling the constant need to stretch. Extreme fatigue.
