Old Salmon Causes Illness

I bought the salmon from the fresh market area of Whole Foods cooked it yesterday and immediately got sick after eating the first piece I couldn’t even eat the second. The taste was extremely fishy probably bc it was old. I threw it up and still don’t feel good today.
