The only thing else I consumed the day before overnight illness was a bowl of Cheerios, an unlikely culprit. Nothing like the joy of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea and the slow recovery due to electrolyte depletion. No more Whole Foods! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
